The MORIS Airport Service Request functionality allows airports to keep record of the Service Requests
submitted by
Concessionaires in order to track the maintenance activities that occur within each concessionaire location.
Track Status
Track the status of each service request and document when and how the service request was closed.
Generate Reports
Generate reports showing the number of Service Requests, date/time, and Category per Concessionaire.
Integrate With Other Systems
Receive Service Request information from other systems and exchange required information with the Airport's ERP system.
Refurbishment Plan
The MORIS Airport Project Management Solution gives Airports the ability to keep track of Refurbishment Plans presented by Concessionaires; as well as all of the activities with regards to those refurbishments.
- Upload Refurbishment Plan and other contract documents
- Track all activities and investments
- Monitor milestons and tasks
- Receive notification of incomplete activities
- Generate completion reports
Project Utility Services
The MORIS Airport Project Management Solution also contains functionality that gives Airports the ability to keep a record of utility services consumed in specified project areas. This includes the following functionalities:
- Connect to Concessionaire provided consumption measurement device to track the consumption of water, gas, electric, and HVAC consumed.
- Use the Concession Management Portal's Dashboard to view statistics showing peak consumption hours and consumption per day, month, and year.
- Integrate the Utility Service functionality with the Airport's Energy Management & Control System securely to provide necessary data and information related to utilities consumption and metrics.
